CANCELLATION POLICY

At Jocelyn’s Couture, every appointment is intentionally scheduled and thoughtfully prepared. To maintain the integrity of our elevated experience. • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. • Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service total. •we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 90% of the service value.
